Joseph Wade

An attorney licensed in VA, DC, and PA, Mr. Wade is a retired Navy Judge Advocate General (NJAG) appellate review authority for military disability cases and co-creator of the first Defense online Constitutional Day program taken by over 10,000 federal employees. Additionally, Mr. Wade has been a legal consultant for the DoD’s Office of Wounded Warrior Care and Transition Policy and later for the Defense Suicide Prevention Office. He has a BA from West Chester University; a Juris Doctor from Widener University; an MBA from Virginia Tech; an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College; a Master of Laws from Georgetown Law Center; and a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies. He is also a board member for the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation and counsel for the Institute for Combat Wounded Policy.
