We have created a global imperative for Whistleblower Mental Health. Currently, there is little useful research that documents the harm of retaliation. Therefore, WoA wants to gather providers and other professionals to focus on the elements of retaliation as a workplace traumatic stressor as it relates to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, 5th Edition Text Revision (DSM 5 TR) Criteria A for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions and psychosocial impacts.
